Book a free 20 min call with me to discuss your business needs and how I can help. I’ll answer all your questions and we can see if we’re a good fit.
If we decide we’re a good fit, I will email you a contract to sign for services provided and an invoice for the deposit (50% of the total payment). You’ll also receive login info and instructions for the client portal. This is where you’ll see a copy of the contract, invoices, and any documents shared.
Once the contract is signed and your deposit has been paid, you’ll be prompted to schedule a 45 min onboarding call. This call is so I can gather information about your systems & processes, any passwords & login information I’ll need for your account(s), information about your branding voice/tone (if I were to write emails or any content for you), etc.
Once I have all the information I need, I will start to work on the tasks specified in the contract. Please note that I will only work on those tasks listed in the contract. If you require additional help for tasks not listed in the contract, that will require an amendment to the contract and may change the costs & number of hours required. At the end of the month, you’ll receive a report of the hours used.
New clients that sign a contract with me will be on a one-month trial basis. This is to determine whether we communicate and work well together. After the one-month trial, if both of us agree to continue working together you’ll receive a new contract for either a 3 or 6 month term.
If we decide not to continue together, you’ll receive the final invoice once the one-month trial period ends.
